Product colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

Specifications may change from time to time without prior notice where improvements or manufacturer updates are made.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for sale without prior notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders remain subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Once your payment has been successfully received and your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and any payment received for unavailable items will be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, pricing errors or misuse of our website.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we take every reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is fulfilled.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed and dispatched.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

Major Metropolitan Areas: 1–3 business days
Regional Areas: 2–4 business days
Remote or Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Courier delays
Public holidays
Severe weather
Industrial action
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
Remote delivery locations

While we work closely with our courier partners to minimise delays, Patipooty Golf cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at the time of placing an order.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes or cancellations before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and any return will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to review the Returns & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

8. Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products sold by Patipooty Golf include a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage
Misuse or abuse
Improper storage or maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorised modifications or repairs

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation:

Repair the product;
Replace the product; or
Refund the purchase price.

Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, videos and other material, is the property of Patipooty Golf or is used under licence where applicable.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of our content or branding may result in legal action.
